It's been one month
33 days since I changed my eating habits and I am down nearly 10 lbs. Mind you, I was eating fast food multiple times daily. I have a gym membership, I really need to start going. I have no excuse, seeing as it’s 45 seconds from my apartment complex and open 24 hours. I go on vacation the 23rd, I’d love to be able to enjoy the beauty and not be preoccupied with my weight. SO it starts...
